Our mission is to connect drinkers with world-class Victorian spirits, elevate local talent on the national stage, and nurture a sustainable industry that supports jobs, innovation and regional growth. We want Victorians and visitors to the state to get out to distilleries across our regions and experience the incredible cellar doors, and to order local spirits in the bars they visit. Tayla Kendall, Vic Distilled Ambassador

Tayla Kendall is a Spirits Marketing and Advocacy Specialist with nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, sales and marketing, driven by a love of local spirits and memorable on-premise moments. Beginning her career at 15 in the Dandenong Ranges, her passion for service led her from cocktail bartending into national sales, advocacy and trade marketing roles, where she built strong industry networks across both metro and regional Victoria while developing impactful campaigns, bartender programs and distillery collaboration releases. She later expanded into brand management, working across premium spirits, education platforms and product innovation, helping to create hands-on training experiences and tools for the trade. Now, as Vic Distilled’s Ambassador, Tayla brings together her venue, trade and consumer expertise to champion Victorian spirits, spotlight the people and places behind them, and celebrate the stories that make every distillery unique.
